What we collect
The employer enquiry form collects contact details, organisation, industry, locations, workforce size, workplace hazards, service interests, timing, scheduling information and any additional message. It is not intended for employee medical data.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to understand the requested programme, respond, prepare a quotation, prevent spam and keep an appropriate business record. The final notice must state the verified lawful basis for each purpose.
Sharing and retention
The final notice must name relevant processors, systems, international transfers and retention periods. Clinical records are separate from general website enquiries and require their own governance.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law provides rights relating to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The final notice must provide the verified route for exercising those rights and complaining to the ICO.
