The website is designed towards WCAG 2.2 AA with semantic headings, keyboard operation, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, labelled forms and responsive layouts.
Known limitations
Formal assistive-technology and user testing should be completed before launch. Business contact details for reporting an accessibility problem must also be added.
Alternative formats
The operating business must define how users can request information in an alternative format and the expected response time.
